EMORY'S 24/7 PHONE LINES

Emory University offers several hotlines for 24/7 support for students. If you are not in crisis (please use the resources above for crisis and emergencies), but in need of support outside of working hours, please contact one of the hotlines below:

01

CAPS offers after-hours support to provide Emory students with confidential assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7), year-round. Students can call CAPS and speak immediately with a mental health professional to identify their needs, get support, and help develop a plan for next steps.

Contact CAPS by calling 404-727-7450, anytime

02

TimelyCare is a 24-hours a day, 7 days a week virtual care service available from nearly anywhere for all enrolled Emory students. After signing up using their Emory email address, students may schedule a session with a medical or mental health care provider. TalkNow, a part of TimelyCare, is a free, global, on-demand 24/7 resource for immediate access to a mental health professional.

The Office of Respect is a confidential support resource that helps Emory students impacted by sexual and relationship harm (sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence, sexual exploitation, and stalking). We have advocates available to offer support and help you learn more about your options and rights; assist with safety planning; provide legal and medical coordination of care and academic advocacy coordination.

If you would like to speak with an advocate for support, please call the Respect Hotline: 404-727-1514 and press option “1” for urgent crisis support 24/7.
